Often being the case that they wish to claim a refund, most are aware that you cannot claim a refund<\/strong> if you book directly with air blue<\/strong>, this is a part of the airlines terms and conditions and is made very clear on the card payment form.<\/p>\n

If you made your air blue booking directly with the airline and purchased through their website you should contact the airline’s reservations department. However \u00a0customers that have booked with Mushtaq Travel have the advantage of claiming refunds on air blue<\/strong> and making changes to your dates and much more.<\/p>\n

Please also note that if you purchase an e-ticket with airblue for a third party i.e. your friend, relative or even your family member you must get your card details verified and have your\u00a0e ticket\u00a0signed by an air blue staff member at the airport, therefore the person\u00a0purchasing\u00a0your\u00a0e ticket\u00a0must present his\/her identity at the check in counter.<\/p>\n

For any air blue ticket purchased through Mushtaq Travel there is no further action required, even if it is a third party payment, there are no forms to fill or verification process,\u00a0regardless\u00a0of the payment method used.<\/p>\n
