If you make a booking by telephone you must provide us with all information which we require.

You must also ensure that all information which you provide is accurate and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own or that you have express authorisation to use it.

A telephone booking confirmation is as firmly confirmed as if it were made in writing. As soon as you receive the confirmation, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect.

For payments by telephone or mail, we may at our sole discretion ask for further details to process your payment securely.

This may include a photocopy of the relevant passport photo page for travelling passengers and/or a photocopy of both sides of the credit/debit card used. For your peace of mind, sensitive data is not stored electronically.
