URGENT CUSTOMER UPDATE

ID Requirements for UK domestic travel

Starting from 1 September 2023, it will be necessary for you to carry valid photographic identification when embarking on UK domestic flights. This identification will be requested at specific points during your journey. Kindly note that failure to provide this identification could result in being unable to proceed with your travel plans. While a passport is not mandatory for domestic travel within the UK, it is important to carry a form of photographic ID when flying with us.
Acceptable forms of ID include:

Valid Passport

Valid driving license, either provisional or full

Valid EU national identity card

Valid armed forces identity card

Valid police warrant card or badge.

For children under the age of 16, identification is not mandatory when traveling on domestic flights. However, the accompanying adult must possess photographic identification and be able to verify their own identity. For unaccompanied children aged 14 and 15, identification will be required when traveling on domestic flights.

Many flights are operating under government restrictions worldwide. Ensure you have checked the latest information directly with the airline, consulate and the FCO websites for updates.

Additional entry requirements have been introduced due to Covid-19. The requirements differ from country to country and may be subject to change with very little notice.

Ensure you reconfirm your flights 72 hours before travel as many airlines are making regular changes to their schedule flight dates and times.


UPDATE: 14MAR2022 - TRAVEL TO ENGLAND - EFFECTIVE 4AM 18MAR2022 - Travel to England during Covid-19.You do not need to take any COVID-19 tests, fill in the passenger locator form or quarantine on arrival in England, irrespective of your vaccination status.

UPDATE: 10FEB2022 - TRAVEL TO INDIA - EFFECTIVE MIDNIGHT IST 14FEB2022 - 1-Self-Declaration Form (SDF) for COVID need to be submitted online via Air Suvidha portal New Delhi Airport. before the scheduled travel. 2-Upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey.(Children under 5 years of age are exempted from both pre- and post-arrival testing) OR Certificate of completing full primary vaccination schedule of COVID-19 vaccination 3-Each guests shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise. 4-All guests shall be advised to download Aarogya Setu App on their mobile devices.

UPDATE: 07 Sep 2021 - TRAVEL TO PAKISTAN - EFFECTIVE 01OCT2021 - Only fully vaccinated passengers of age 18 years and above will be allowed on Inbound / Outbound* journey from Pakistan. (This will apply on both domestic & international travel rules differ for foreigners and Pakistani nationals - check with the Pakistan high commission London for the latest entry requirements) - (Exemption from mandatory vaccination for 15 to 18 years of age has been extended upto 15 March 2022) - Pre departure PCR test requirements will still apply irrespective of your vaccination status. UPDATE: 15 Feb 2021 - RETURNING TO THE UK - Everyone must book a travel test package. You must take a COVID-19 test on or before day 2 for variant surveillance to check that you do not have COVID-19 (day 2 and day 8 for unvaccinated travellers). Please follow the steps below.

1.Covid19 test must be taken within 48hours of departure to the UK.

2.Book your day 2 travel test package here (day 2 and day 8 for unvaccinated travellers) Covid Testing Providers.

3.Complete the passenger locator form within 48 hours of departure. Public Health Passenger Locator Form

**You will need to provide the covid test package reference in the passenger locator form.**
As a reminder, test references must only be input in the either of the following formats: Five letters followed by a series of letters or numbers (Eg: [AAAAA00ABC....], these are the new private provider references) or seven numbers only (Eg: [7654321], these are the existing CTM booking references).

Mandatory hotel quarantine for red list countries- If arriving from red list countries. passengers will need to quarantine in a government-approved hotel. Passengers must book and pay for government approved hotel quarantine package prior to travel, citing the reference number in your Passenger Locator Form. UPDATE: 05 Mar 2021 - Declaration form for international travel from England - Effective 04:00 on Monday 8 Mar 2021, all outbound travellers departing from England must complete a travel declaration form to confirm that they are legally allowed to travel abroad. UPDATE: 09 JAN 2021 PAKISTAN ENTRY REQUIREMENTS - EFFECTIVE immediately all passengers travelling from UK to Pakistan must hold a valid NICOP/NADRA card or POC/Pakistan Origin card or Pakistani Passport. A PCR test must be conducted within 48 hours prior to commencement of travel to Pakistan. For further clarification please contact customer services.

UPDATE: 08 JAN 2021 - All international arrivals to England, including UK nationals, required to present a negative COVID-19 test taken up to 48 hours prior to departure The Government announcement is here. UPDATE: 28 SEPT 2020 - Effective 05OCT2020, all Passengers travelling to Pakistan from the UK must hold a negative PCR test conducted 48 hours before departure. In addition all passengers must download PASS TRACK app and enter their personal details. Passengers must print a confirmation and present at check-in counter. UPDATE: 10JULY 2020 - Passengers travelling from Pakistan will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate at the time of checkin. The test is a mandatory requirement and depending on your airline it must be taken 96 or 72 hours prior to your travel date.
